Hi. I know you're well read, with (naturally) a Wesleyan inclination, and you clearly have some great books on your list. I noticed, however, that your reading list from last year is devoid of any John Piper.
Maybe you've already done this, but I'd like to recommend that you read something like "The Pleasures of God", "God is the Gospel", or "Desiring God" at some point. You commented that MacLaren stretches you. I believe that a book like "The Pleasures of God" would be at least as challenging. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
I see you have read martin wells! i just was lent his book Revival Kindlings
I though it was good in the first few chapters than he kinda went on with a lot of testimonies.
Anyways keep reading!
